Dashboard

The Dashboard (/projects) is your account home: plan summary, Transcribe minutes, and every saved subtitle project. Sign in with Google from the nav, then open Dashboard from the nav or after Save. Create a New project, or Open / rename / Export / Delete an existing one. After reopen, reload local media for video preview — only subtitle data is stored in the cloud.

• New project — start a blank editor session
• Open — reopen a saved project in the editor
• Rename — change the project title inline
• Export — download formats (including Zip) without opening the editor
• Delete — remove the cloud project
• Workflow badge — shows last focus: Editor, Translate, Transcribe, Style, or Extract

Account summary

• Email & plan — shows Free, Pro, or expired; paid-until when applicable
• Transcribe minutes — meter of remaining STT minutes; refill notes on Free
• Upgrade — CTA for Free users to open Pricing

• Guest — editor + Style; export locally. No AI or cloud save
• Free — AI tools; limited lifetime Transcribe minutes; translate capped per run
• Pro — monthly Transcribe minutes; unlimited translate
• Extract — OCR does not use Transcribe minutes
